Breach
A humpback
whale breach must be one of the most awesome sights in nature, these
magnificent mammals can weigh in excess of 40,000kg's and when the
breach they can launch their entire body out of the water which is followed
by one almighty splash. The reasons for the breach are not fully
understood but it is believed to be used in escaping predators,
intimidation or competition between males when seeking the attention
of a female or maybe they're just having fun...I
know that the guests that are lucky enough to witness a breach certainly
love it.
I am told that
some people couldn't see the main photo in my email last week, sorry
about that unfortunately sometimes what is see is not necessarily
what you get when dealing with computers. To minimise this problem I
