Terms and Conditions:
Tours are subject to minimum guest numbers, tides, weather conditions and other factors. The operator may change or substitute activities without notice however we will try to give at least 24 hrs notice of any change of schedule.
Note that Dolphins and Horses are wild animals and their attendance/ feeding and or sighting is not guaranteed (dolphins&/or horses are encountered on approx 90% of tours), however we offer any guest the option to return on a subsequent tour up to one year from the tour date, if no Dolphin is sighted during the tour, the operator reserves the right to charge a reasonable (not exceeding $10) fee to cover the cost of catering and external attraction participation fees for the return tour, this offer is limited to one occurrence and is subject to seat availability.
The guest/participant acknowledges that the operator will take all care and precautions however they acknowledge that they are responsible for the safety and security of themselves and any minor travelling in their company. The operator and or its servants shall not be liable for any claim in excess of the fare paid for any loss or injury sustained to the participants person or belongings irrespective of the cause. |
